The unique drive concept controls four independent drives, which do not mechanically interfere with each other. This ensures absolute running smoothness and precise bobbin guidance. The more precise the roving guidance, the higher the speed without increasing the breakage rate.

Quick lot changes with EasySpin

All production data can be easily and centrally entered via the EasySpin Touchscreen and stored in the article data archive. When changing lots, simply call up the product with a single click starting production of identical quality. The roving frame in particular is less soiled when producing fine yarns with long-fibred, combed material. Thus we have included an energy-saving mode, which you can activate centrally through EasySpin.

The eco mode allows setting the activation intervals and run times for table blowing and suction. Depending on the raw materials, you can save up to 80 % of the normally required blowing energy.

Faster doffing thanks to ergonomic design

The sophisticated construction of the Zinser 68i allows exceptionally fast and safe doffing. The bobbin rail is lowered down to the ideal lowermost position for doffing, while bobbin guidance is done by a central spindle in the flyer. Thus the bobbins are easily accessible when the bobbin rail is lowered. Your staff can take the bobbins even from the rear row without any problem or damage.

Automation increases safety

Before and after the actual doffing, the Zinser 68i executes all production steps fully automatically: roving separation and

lowering the bobbin rails to doffing position, piecing the rovings after the doffing, and starting production – for maximum machine efficiency.
